A hundred and twenty kids in our community start school next week with nothing in their hands. Our Back to School activity needs forty volunteers to pack and deliver. Don't raise your hands. Notes

This is the sweep — and it must feel discovered, not performed. The count on the big screen keeps climbing through all three pastor lines and the cuts away; never freeze it on camera. All numbers live on screens — the pastor never counts aloud. The board shows the goal ("40 volunteers"), not just a count — a target line on the presenter is what makes "we're close" land; verify the presenter supports it (if not, it's a small addition that serves every real church in this exact moment). Volunteer sign-up is "be counted on" — named, willing, public-spirited; anonymity language belongs ONLY to the Carry beat (Scene 6). Do not mix the two registers. If any beat here could play in an infomercial, restage it until it can't.
